With a major in mathematics and a minor in psychology, Marilyn entered the work force with IBM and later as a high school teacher at Redding's Joel Barlow High School. Nearly 37 years ago she began her real estate career as an agent and then subsequently the sales manager for a local firm. After managing Sloper Real Estate for 13 years, Marilyn decided to go back to work as an agent in 1990 enabling her to work one on one with clients. Her depth of knowledge, experience and accomplishments have earned her numerous accolades, awards and designations. Marilyn oversees every aspect of the Sloper Team and is 100% dedicated to personal service. Kim Sloper Soule, Agent, Buyer & Seller Specialist, Marketing Assistant With a BA in French and Education from CT College, Kim entered the work force as a job coach assisting adults with development disabilities for 3 years before returning to graduate school and securing her PhD in Psychology from the University of North Carolina. Before joining the Sloper Team 5 years ago, Kim worked with children with autism and subsequently took some time to start a family. Needless to say Kim has superior listening and counseling skills.
